To order a transcript of Continuing Education history (non-credit):

1.  Fax request to 972.985.3723
2.  Email request to CEHELP@jmswierski.com
3.  Call 972.985.3711

ALL requests must include your full legal name; date of birth and/or your Campus Wide ID number.
Include information on where you would like the transcript to be mailed. Signature required if mailing to an address not on file.
Continuing Education transcript processing can take up to two to five business days after all class rolls are received from instructors.

Forms that require documentation will not be processed until the proper documentation is submitted. Students are responsible for submitting forms and/or documentation before any published deadline.
